How to add signature in Outlook

For Windows

  1. Fill out the form and download your Outlook signature
  2. The downloaded signature folder should be a .zip extension folder
  3. Open file explorer and paste the path (C:\Users\%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures) to open Signature folder in your system
  4. Copy and Paste your downloaded signature folder intooutlook signature folder
  5. Cut .htm file from the downloaded signature folder and paste it into outlook signature folder 
  6. Open your Outlook app and search for Signature and then select your signature

For Mac

  • Fill out the form and download your Outlook signature
  • The downloaded signature file should be a .htm extension file
