Biography

Kristy has been involved in the day-to-day operations of CRC since its founding in 2013. She works closely with the executive leadership to ensure all business functions of the organization run smoothly, including Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. In addition to her role at CRC, she coordinates back office shared services and is responsible for a number of strategic planning initiatives for CRC’s affiliate companies throughout the US. Kristy also has 8 years of experience in the executive recruiting and staffing industry, overseeing operations at CRC’s sister company JW Michaels & Co. She previously managed online advertising and coordinated special projects for two daily newspapers.

Kristy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas A&M University.
