Compliance Risk Concepts (CRC) may from time to time choose to provide certain records, at its sole discretion, through the CRC Client Portal (Portal) for the convenience of its clients, but the Portal should not be relied upon by clients for the maintenance and preservation of their required books and records pursuant to any federal laws or regulations, self-regulatory organization rules, or State laws. The Portal should not be considered as an electronic recordkeeping system under 17 CFR 240.17a-4, and CRC expressly does not undertake to act as a designated third party or other recordkeeping service for any client unless pursuant to a separate, specific written agreement. CRC does not warrant or guarantee that records made available through the Portal will continue to be available for client download for any specific period. Therefore, clients are encouraged to promptly review any records made available through the Portal and download such records that the client determines are required to be maintained for its own books and records.
