Jason Himmelstein is the Director of Strategic Recruitment and Advisory within the SPE Team at CRC, where he leads the firm’s executive recruitment, advisor recruitment, and strategic talent initiatives across the financial services sector. Partnering with C-suite leaders, founders, and boards, Jason designs and executes growth-focused hiring strategies, succession and transition plans, and organizational scaling frameworks.
He brings more than twenty-five years of experience across wealth management, banking, advisory, and executive search and has worked directly with RIAs, broker-dealers, private banks, investment banks, family offices, and fintech firms, advising on leadership optimization, operating model design, and long-term strategic planning. His search work spans senior leadership, compliance, advisory, operations, technology, and investment banking roles.
With a background as a senior banking leader, responsible for operations, P&L management, team development, and business growth - he provides a practical and balanced perspective on firm’s dynamics and talent needs.
