Rob is responsible for business development, relationship management and oversight of all Operations, Technology and Business Execution related engagements.
Prior to joining CRC, Rob Taffet was a founding partner of Taffet Consulting, a Financial Services management consulting and technology solutions organization focused on front to back office business transformation of the capital markets industry. In addition, Rob was a Principal at Infosys within their Financial Services consulting practice.
Throughout the course of his over 25 year career in the financial services industry, Rob has worked for and partnered with top-tier financial services organizations, investment banks and commercial banks such as Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo, UBS, Truist, Bank of Montreal, Macquarie, and Saxo Bank. Through this experience he has gained extensive knowledge of both buy side and sell side businesses, with a deep understanding of Equity and Fixed Income Markets, Derivative Instruments, and Structured Products and the technology that supports these businesses.
Throughout Rob’s career he has built the infrastructure to support the capital markets business with a focus on Operations, Technology and Business Execution. He has been instrumental in building and transforming businesses by assembling teams and sourcing third party products to execute the strategic vision on behalf of his business and client partners. Rob has served in leadership roles and has served on multiple industry-wide committees and panels as a subject matter expert, building and integrating Operations and Technology infrastructure to be a meaningful and revolutionary component of the business process.
